About Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone (APSEZ)

For over Rs.296 crore (US$ 42.35 million), acquired a 40.25% stake in Snowman Logistics. A 70% stake in Krishnapatnam Port was acquired for over Rs.5500 crore (US$ 790 million). For FY19, the Mundra Port ranked 1st in India among all non-major ports and major ports. This raises Rs.3222.50 crore (US$ 500 million) of bonds in foreign currencies. This acquires TM Harbour Services Private Limited.

Incorporated as Gujarat Adani Port

In the year 2016, they acquired Dharma Port. The company changed its name to Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd in 2014. In the 2012 year, Mundra Port and SEZ be better than a record 50 million tonnes of cargo. In 2011, they were notified as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) which merged with MSEZ (Mangalore Special Economic Zone) and ACL. The merger with Adani Port Limited in the year 2006. The container terminal became operational in 2005. All 4 berths at Mundra Port became operational in the year 2003. On 26th May 1998, they incorporated Gujarat Adani Port Limited.
