You can register online through the CPCB Waste Tyre EPR Portal.
Second, create a login ID and password to access all unified EPR platforms. Once logged in, enter your business details and register your business on the portal. You will receive the login details via your email ID shortly.
Then, you need to complete KYC verification by submitting your PAN, IEC, and GST information by uploading digital copies of each.

You must also submit the Consent to Operate (CTO) provided by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), along with an undertaking declaring the authenticity of tyre composition and plant capacity on the company’s letterhead.
5. Once you have completed all formalities, you must pay a fee for the renewal process. CPCB might take up to 60 days to verify the details and process the re-registration.

Penalties for Non-Compliance EPR Registration

Since the regulations are stricter this year, India has extended its EPR registration deadline to 30 September 2026.
