  • ZERO DUTY EPCG:- With this scheme, an exporter is allowable to import New Capital goods (CKD/SKD) comprising computer software systems at zero Customs duty subject to an export obligation corresponding to 6 times of duty saved on capital goods Imported under the scheme, to be satisfied over 6 years reckoned from the date of issue of License.
  • CONCESSIONAL 3% DUTY EPCG SCHEME:- With this scheme, an exporter is allowable to import New Capital goods (CKD/SKD) with computer software systems at 3% Customs duty subject to an export obligation equal to 8 times of duty saved on capital goods Imported under the scheme, to be satisfied over an era of 8 years reckoned from the date of issue of License.
